Emma admits playing the weepy, helpless and hopeless Fleur is a bit of a challenge, “for god sakes girl, grow a pair!”, but the payoff has been loads of laughs both on and off the stage. Having appeared in many plays around Auckland over the years, she says it’s a pleasure to be treading the boards for the first time at Ellerslie.
