This is Nicola’s second production this year at Stables Theatre. She greatly enjoyed playing the provocative Carole Hargreaves in `Where There's A Will...' in March, and now, through Magenta Productions, she will attempt to do Chekhov proud as feisty Elena Popov in `The Bear'.
Drama lessons at the tender age of 8 sparked off a love of acting in Nicola, leading her to become involved with school musicals, teach Speech and Drama privately for 6 years, and appear in New Zealand television and film.
Nicola hopes that the audience for the AMI Ellerslie One Act Play Festival is as much entertained by `The Bear' as she has been rehearsing for it! |
