Ruth graduated from N.A.S.D.A and performed for a year with Whakarite Theatre Company before moving to Auckland. Over the past 10 years she has performed with Titirangi, Company, Mairangi and Ellerslie Theatre groups. However, work commitments over the past two years meant theatre has taken a back seat, so she is very excited about being back at the Stables to play Linda.
Having performed on stage since she was 4, she has dance, musical theatre, TVCs, voiceovers, TV, film and production work to her credit.
Her most favourite roles in theatre have been Violet and Iris in “Eugenia”, Elsa in “The Rosenberg Sisters” and Minnie Dean in “The Baby Farmer”. |
