Originally from Invercargill, Jim moved to Auckland to pursue acting in an industry that is ridiculously hard to crack - and he loves it. He finds himself in projects ranging from television to theatre and admits he finds the theatre the most exciting.
Jim has found it a pleasure working with the cast and crew on Present Laughter and has enjoyed playing such a fun role with Fred.
When not appearing on stage Jim performs a lot of stand up comedy and works as the Duty Manager in a gastro bar near the airport. Jim claims that not only is he a good actor, he's also not a bad bar tender either - how modest of him. |
