John has been a stage actor since 1988 in over 30 productions with Titirangi Theatre and Ellerslie, and on screen since 2000 (Shortland Street, Street Legal, Power Rangers) plus numerous TVCs and amateur film projects. His Ellerslie Theatre productions have been Journey’s End (2014) and Our Man in Havana (2022). He has been a stage-fighting choreographer since 1996.
