Malcolm’s theatre ‘career’ as a member of the Tokoroa Little Theatre in the 1960s. In the early 1970s, he joined Howick Little theatre and took part in a few plays. This play was brought to his attention by Kerr Inkson with whom he has worked on occasion.
To find a play with a cast of older actors is rare, and the character of Ollie is appealing and a real challenge, so in for a penny, in for a pound.
