This is Julian's third production with the Ellerslie Theatrical Society although it is his first as a director. He previously appeared in "The Spare Room" which was part of the AMI One Act Play Festival in 2011 and in "The Lady's Not For Burning" in 2006. Julian is a Drama and English teacher at Avondale College. This year he is splitting his time between teaching, acting and directing. He most recently appeared as Winston Smith in "1984" for the Mairangi Players, and directed "Doll" in the Dolphin Theatre one act play festival in 2011.
